- Concealed carry
- Eligible people can carry concealed without a permit. Optional permits are available.
- Open carry
- Open handgun carry is generally allowed without a carry permit for eligible people. Location, age and other restrictions still apply.
- Police stops
- Immediately disclose a concealed firearm when an on-duty officer asks whether you are armed. Do not touch a loaded handgun during the stop except as directed.
