- Eligible people can carry concealed without a permit. Optional permits are available.
- Open carry
- Open handgun carry is generally allowed without a carry permit for eligible people. Location, age and other restrictions still apply.
- Police stops
- An armed concealed-handgun licensee asked for identification must also present the carry license and notify the officer about the license and handgun.
