- Concealed carry
- Eligible people can carry concealed without a permit. Optional permits are available.
- Open carry
- Open handgun carry is generally allowed without a carry permit for eligible people. Location, age and other restrictions still apply.
- Police stops
- You do not generally have to announce that you are carrying. A licensee must carry the concealed-carry license while carrying concealed and display it on an officer's request.
