- Eligible people can carry concealed without a permit. Optional permits are available.
- Open carry
- Open handgun carry is generally allowed without a carry permit for eligible people. Location, age and other restrictions still apply.
- Police stops
- Notify an officer who approaches in an official capacity that you are armed, submit to the required pat-down and allow temporary disarming.
