- Open carry
- Open handgun carry is generally allowed without a carry permit for eligible people. Location, age and other restrictions still apply.
- Police stops
- Disclose the concealed handgun when an officer asks during a law-enforcement stop; there is no general requirement to volunteer the information before being asked.
