Open carry
Open handgun carry is generally allowed without a carry permit for eligible people. Location, age and other restrictions still apply.
Police stops
Do not fail or refuse to identify firearm possession during an arrest, detention or routine traffic stop. Carry a qualifying license or identification document and display it on an officer's demand.
