Frequently Asked Questions

How does billing work?+
You are billed monthly on the anniversary of your signup date. Your plan includes a set number of clicks. If you exceed your included clicks, overage is billed at the per-click rate for your plan at the end of the billing cycle. There are no setup fees and you can cancel at any time.
What feed format do you accept?+
We accept XML product feeds that conform to the DOPE Feed Specification v1.0. The spec supports fields like SKU, UPC, name, brand, category, price, URL, and more. If you use AmmoReady, Feedonomics, or the TTG WordPress plugin, your existing feed likely already works with minimal changes.
How often should I update my feed?+
We recommend updating your feed at least once daily. DOPE ingests feeds every 24 hours. Keeping your feed current ensures accurate pricing and stock status, which improves click-through rates and customer satisfaction.
What counts as a click?+
A click is counted each time a DOPE visitor clicks through to your product page on your website. Clicks are tracked via our redirect system. Bot traffic and duplicate clicks within a short window are automatically filtered out and do not count toward your total.
Can I switch plans?+
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the difference is prorated.
Do you accept used or consignment inventory?+
Yes, we support new, used, and refurbished products. Just set the condition field in your feed accordingly. Used and consignment items appear alongside new products with a clear condition badge so shoppers know what to expect.
